Fyruz Education Services (FES) is a leading after-school institution in Bangladesh, dedicated to reshaping the learning experience for O-Level, A-Level and IELTS students. Established with a mission to go beyond traditional coaching methods, FES offers a dynamic, student-focused environment where academic achievement is paired with personalised mentorship and support.

At its core, FES believes education is not merely about exam results but about fostering critical thinking, confidence, and intellectual curiosity. With a team of highly qualified and passionate instructors, FES delivers tailored instruction across Cambridge and Edexcel subjects, ensuring every student receives the individual attention they need to thrive. Small class sizes, interactive lessons, and a strong emphasis on 1-to-1 guidance distinguish FES as a place where students are encouraged to engage deeply, ask questions, and unlock their full potential.

Fyruz Education Services (FES) emerged as a trendsetter in the after-school education sector through innovative and consistent marketing efforts. Arafat played a pivotal role in shaping the institution’s brand identity and digital presence, helping to set a benchmark that many others in the industry have since followed. What began as a small centre with only 6–9 students has grown into a multi-campus institution serving over 2,000 students. His work contributed to the formation of FES's in-house agency, Niche Studios, and sparked partnerships across both the education and creative sectors. Today, FES continues to lead with bold vision — introducing foundation programmes and working toward the development of a full-fledged school.

Positioned the institution as a market leader in the after-school industry

Designed an impactful TEDx Talk presentation that shed light on the critical need for reforming and advancing pedagogical methods in Bangladesh’s education system

Created promotional materials to to aid the institution in hosting a successful Intra Football Tournament at one of the most prestigious schools in Bangladesh - International School Dhaka (ISD)

Faces of FES is a visual storytelling campaign I developed to celebrate the vibrant diversity, unity, and inclusivity within our student community at Fyruz Education Services (FES). Rooted in the belief that the institution’s differences are its strength, the project showcases the unique stories, cultures, and identities that make up FES’s learning environment.


This initiative not only amplifies student voices but also reinforces FES as a space where everyone feels seen, valued, and empowered — a place where belonging isn’t just an idea, but a lived experience.

Introduced the annual “Faces of FES” campaign

Niche Studios is a dynamic marketing agency that brings together creativity, strategy, and results-driven execution. As part of its core team, Arafat plays a key role in leading marketing operations for Fyruz Education Services while also consulting for clients in the fashion and real estate sectors.

With a strong focus on brand storytelling, digital presence, and design-led strategy, Niche Studios delivers end-to-end marketing solutions — from concept development and campaign management to social media strategy and visual identity design. Arafat oversees these initiatives, ensuring every project not only meets client objectives but also elevates their brand value.

Whether it's launching a new product, refreshing a brand, or scaling audience engagement, Niche Studios helps businesses communicate with purpose and clarity in a crowded marketplace.

MoneyMatch is a Malaysian-based financial technology company specialising in international payments and foreign exchange solutions. As an award-winning digital platform, it facilitates cross-border transactions for both individuals and businesses and has processed over MYR 2.5 billion in transfers globally.

At MoneyMatch, Arafat worked as a Social Media and Design Intern, supporting the marketing team during a key growth phase of the company. He was involved in creating visual content for social media, including motion graphics and graphic design materials that adhered to brand guidelines and enhanced online engagement.

He assisted in managing the company’s EDM marketing campaigns, helping to maintain communication with existing users and promote new features. Arafat also took part in campaign planning sessions, contributed ideas to marketing initiatives, and supported basic tracking of merchandise inventory and campaign performance.

This internship allowed him to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced fintech environment while developing practical skills in design, digital marketing, and team collaboration.
